Holly has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including data analysis and supply chain management. She has an extensive background in process optimization, contract analysis, supplier relations, performance monitoring, revenue projection, and CRM execution & management.
Before joining AES, Holly spearheaded the development of the Salesforce CRM tool and established the Supply Chain Connectivity team. Under her leadership, the team scaled operations to support the connectivity of more than 12,000 members to a GPO contract portfolio encompassing over 3,000 available contracts. Holly also served for eight years on Premier’s GPO Nursing Program Line Contracting Committee, advocating for advantageous contract terms and pricing to benefit GPO members.
Following the successful buildout of the GPO Contract Connectivity team, Holly transitioned to marketing, where she led a comprehensive overhaul of the company’s marketing initiatives. This included a rebranding of all materials, a refresh of the website, and an enhanced social media presence. By collaborating strategically with key partners, Holly increased value for GPO members and participating suppliers through targeted marketing campaigns.
